Donate using Check – Just click the Donate button to the right. You may donate by printing the donation form and sending your check and the completed form to the MEF.

Donate using Pay Pal – new in 2014 is the opportunity to donate online. Just click the Donate button to the right and select the Pay Pal option. This option does require you to have your own Pay Pal account. The foundation will not have access to your Pay Pal information.
